Singapore: Of Carbon and Climate

How can you help Singapore reduce her carbon footprint? This video by Lim Yi Fei, Heng Shi Ning, and Teoh Ern Tek from NUS High School of Mathematics and Science shows us how.

Created by a team from NUS High School of Mathematics and Science, the video was submitted as part of the team’s submission for the National Climate Change Competition 2012 Short Film Challenge. It won the second prize in the Secondary School Category.

Organised by the National Climate Change Secretariat (Singapore), the National Climate Change Competition 2012 Short Film Challenge for students in schools and tertiary received over 120 video entries. The competition, which had theme “Singapore: A Climate Change Resilient City”, aimed to raise awareness on climate change among youths.

The competition was supported by the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the National Environment Agency (NEA), the National Research Foundation (NRF), and the National Youth Achievement Award Council (NYAA).
