Singaporeans for Democracy

February 7, 2010

The Registrar of Societies (ROS) has approved SFD’s application on 2 February 2010. (Click here to view the approval letter)

You may also check out the media release here!

Let’s just hope that SfD’s slogan Advocacy, Activism, Action will recognize the urgent need also for climate advocacy, activism and action! 🙂

Also do check out their plans for 2010! Here’s a clip by Dr James Gomez.

Hi Mel, thank you very much for spreading the good news.

Members of the SFD are definitely concerned about climate change and all other green issues. I am personally a green democrat.

Just a small note, the website screen capture you’ve put up is of the old ‘SFD’, an advocacy group that closed some years ago. Our website is at http://sfd.sg

    Once again, thank you.

    Hi Seelan,

No worries. I think that there is a need for NGOs in Singapore to work together in spreading the messages and values that we all hold so dear to ourselves and as teams. Thanks for your comment and I’ve uploaded the Directions for 2010 video here on the ECO blog. Yourself and SFD are welcome to contribute articles on green issues if you wish. You may contact me or the team via email for this purpose! You may email me at mel_struc@hotmail.com or drop me the link to your articles if they are published on the new sfd website!

Cheers and all the best to SFD in 2010 🙂

    Melissa
