Both chairs (for AWG-KP and AWG-LCA) noted Bolivia’s objections.

Colombia talked about the definition of “consensus” – highlighting that there was general agreement amongst all, except for one “veto” country…

Bolivia was firm on their position.  No “consensus” despite much “urging” from countries.

KP has been adjourned, LCA has been adopted.
