‘Jesus’ lies on the roadway for photographers. No more speeches. Marchers appear to be returning north, away from the barricade.

Cops are breaking formation to take iPhone pictures. The opposite of violence.

One guy is trying to irritate the cops, in a mask.

Multiple speeches by media-ready issues people: indigenous rights, deforestation.

These performed in front  of the police lines. A bunch of the cops got out to video these speakers with the media.

Angry speakers still 1km away, not approaching – sunset is 2.5 hrs. away.

Battery low.

No problema aqui.

More cameras than marchers.

No violence.

Marchers have rallied 1km north of the barricade, using a big agricultural truck to block the southbound highway 307.

Federal agents are being moved in formation.

Federal police have moved 90% of my estimates of 700 police behind the barricade.

One km apart and holding.

Big problem is the marchers have no way out of the barricade cul-de-sac. They are likely to be trapped by walls of police and barricades.

Plus they are hot, ttired and angry; the ‘singers of the chants’ have worked them up, especially the front line that is masked.
