Welcome to ECO Singapore’s blog of our experiences and insights at United Nations Framework for Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC) 2008. A team of 4 Singaporeans – Wilson Ang, Yong Rui Yan, Benjamin Lim & Loo Yong Ping (me) were sent to Poznan, Poland to represent ECO Singapore at the UNFCCC’s International Conference of Youths (ICOY). The UNFCCC and the ICOY take place between the 28th November and 12th December 2008.
On this blog, we will share our experiences and insights to this conference and on being in Poznan for the first time. Using videos, photos and blogs, we will update the blog on a daily basis. So stay tuned for more content every day! We don’t take ourselves too seriously so please do not expect newscaster style reporting of the event. That being said, we do have our serious side. =D

Hi guys, what an honor for you guys to represent ECO Singapore at the UNFCCC’s International Conference of Youths (ICOY), which takes place between the 28th November and 12th December 2008.

Can’t speak for the other two, but I can hardly believe I am here – unbelievable fortune! Its the second day of COP 14, but already, I feel like I am learning so much, thinking so much. For me, its a lot of the more I know, the more I dont know! But thats a good start, ha.
I can hardly wait.
